This term we have been learning about photography and how to make bird masks to put in the art festival we took pictures at wynyard quarter and used them on pixlr.
for the bird masks we paper machayed a baloon and we had to rip off little bits of news paper and glued them on to the baloon. Then we painted the news paper and made feathers then stuck them on and here are some of the masks..
Don't forget student led conferences this Wednesday and Thursday

We have been studying the birds on Tiritiri Matangi.

This term our topic is soapbox racers.
We have been doing tumbles through the senior school classes.
These classes are about the soap box racers that we are building.
These tumbles will teach us how to make our soapbox racers fast and strong
and will teach us about tools.
Example:Screw drivers, nuts and bolts and saws.
and much, much more.
we are going to race our soapbox racers down Well Park Reserve
its very steep and has a narrow path and we are going very fast!
Rm 25 is looking forward to it!
